RESERVATION AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

An accommodation applicant is entitled to make a reservation for accommodation at ChaletBERG through an electronic reservation in the online system on the website. For a validreservation, the applicant must provide their full name, email, phone number, number ofguests, arrival date, and departure date. Within 24 hours, the applicant will receive paymentdetails via email. The reservation is valid after paying 100% of the total rental price. An invoice will be issued and sent by email after the reservation. The accommodation provider reserves the right to require a refundable deposit in case of violation of the house rules. In case of early termination of the stay by the tenant, no money will be refunded. By paying theinvoice, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to these conditions, the House Rules, and agrees to the scope and content of the agreed services and accommodation, including the agreed conditions and price.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The applicant has no right to withdraw from the reservation order after paying the requiredtotal price. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full reservation amountwill apply.
